Foreign participants usually need a visa to come to Russia. We suggest that you check this beforehand with your local Russian embassy, consulate or travel agent. List of diplomatic and consular missions of Russia in various countries is available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia website. Official Service Agent «MAKO» will provide participants upon request with the necessary visa voucher to obtain Russian visa. The voucher is solely for the purpose of visa application. With prepared voucher «MAKO» will send your instructions how to get Russian visa. How to get voucher:

1. Register for the Conference at http://lcs2017.fireras.su Go to your personal account.
2. Go to the “Visa Support” section
3. Press the button “Visa Request Form”
4. Fill in the required information
ATTENTION: The visa support is free service for participant of the Conference. Please don’t try to pay for visa in section “Payment” – the systems will not allow you to make a payment.
5. Payment of the hotel via personal page is prerequisites of visa support by MAKO. If you want book the another hotel, please send us a confirmation of booking and payment to e-mail: lcs2017@makongress.ru
6. We will process your application and send you vouchers (it will takes from 2 to 5 days).

According to the Russian Federation migration law concerning registration procedure of foreign citizens on the territory of Russian Federation hotels take all responsibilities for fulfilling this statement; that is why hotels can take registration fee (nearly 5-10 EUR per person) that is to be paid by the guest directly to the hotel cash desk upon arrival..
