IRE RAS Nd-glasses characterized by an excellent laser performance and a low beam devergence. GLS-26 exhibit a high chemical durability. IRE RAS strengthened method does not destruct optical path as against method of ion-exchange. IRE RAS strengthened rods operate from zero pump power.

Nd-Glass Performance

 

Nd Concentrations.

Neodimium ion concentration is available from 1019 cm-3 up to 1021 cm-3.

Laser Roads.

Nd Glass is available in Laser Rods P/P/AR/AR @ 1055 nm and Road Blanks (unpolished) by sizes 1 - 20 mm (in diameter) x 1 - 250 mm (length). AR coating: Damage > 1 GW/cm2, R < 0,25%.
